1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Creation and Security

Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of any winnings or bonuses. ji7777 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify and prevent multiple account registrations.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your ji7777 account using any of the supported payment methods displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other Philippine financial institutions, over-the-counter deposits at authorized remittance centers, and cryptocurrency payments where available.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ji7777, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Account Suspension, Termination, and Closure

9.1 Suspension and Termination by ji7777

ji7777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to ji7777 or other users. Upon termination, you will forfeit any remaining account balance, pending winnings, and bonuses.

9.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting ji7777 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to verification and wagering requirements. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you must register a new account if you wish to use the Platform again in the future (subject to these Terms and applicable regulations).

If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

ji7777 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
